Federal personnel are required to:
- Demonstrate knowledge of Project Management software and scheduling software and where to find technical resources on Project Management.
- Demonstrate ability to train others in these Project Management aspects and on these tools
- Demonstrate ability to develop and implement a project Quality Assessment (QA) Program to ensure that projects are completed as designed with the specified materials by qualified personnel.
