Federal personnel are required to:
- Demonstrate knowledge of the requirements under the Federal Buildings Personnel Training Act 2010.
- Demonstrate knowledge of how to use www.FMI.innovations.gov to view core competencies, methods to demonstrate them, and curriculum, and to report compliance with the law.
