Federal personnel are required to:
- Demonstrate ability to:
- Ensure facility services are maintained during project execution
- Assign project resources
- Inspect project work
- Manage impacts of project on existing facility
- Conduct project meetings
- Report project progress
- Monitor project costs
- Monitor project schedules
- If project will be completed by contractors, demonstrate the ability to:
- Produce project change orders
- Attend site reviews
- If Contracting Officer Representative - approve project payments and draws
- Resolve project issues
- Obtain maintenance contracts
- Secure project warranties
- Arrange staff training for new equipment
- Develop spare parts lists
