Federal personnel are required to:

  • Demonstrate knowledge of how to evaluate building structures and permanent interiors.
  • Demonstrate ability to manage the service/repair requests, maintenance, cleaning needs of building and permanent interior elements.
  • Demonstrate ability to evaluate furniture and equipment performance.
  • Demonstrate ability to manage the maintenance and cleaning of furniture and equipment.
