Building Exterior

Federal personnel are required to:

  • Demonstrate familiarity with managing grounds and exteriors, Parking Structures, Sit Utilities, Landscaping and grounds, Exterior envelope (e.g., roof, brick, masonry).
  • Demonstrate ability to assess the effect of climate and extreme environmental conditions.
  • Demonstrate ability to evaluate the performance of grounds and exterior elements.
  • Demonstrate ability to assess the need for alterations in grounds and exterior elements.
  • Demonstrate ability to manage the maintenance and custodial needs of grounds and exterior elements.
